Cafe Büeno started as a Press Waffle franchise, originally featured on Shark Tank. In September 2024, our owners—Felix (Venezuelan) and Juan (Costa Rican), friends for over 15 years—opened their location centered around one standout product: the Liège waffle, while creating a space that felt welcoming, intentional, and worth coming back to.

As our community grew, so did our vision. By December 2025, we began reimagining the brand to build something bigger. With Cafe Büeno, we’re keeping the product people already love, while expanding the concept into a bakery cafe experience designed to reach more people and create something more dynamic, creative, and experience-driven.

Today, we’ve become a space for everything—from UCF students studying and catching up, to local families joining us for our kids’ Waffle Workshops and community events. Whether you’re here for a quick stop or to stay awhile, we want it to feel easy, inviting, and genuine.

Our mission is to bring people together through a space that feels fun, welcoming, and memorable—where every visit becomes an experience.
